With a PhD in Mass Communication-Journalism and a focus on mixed methods research, I’ve spent my academic career exploring how data-driven insights can enhance user experience, storytelling, and digital communication.

In my work, I blend qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover valuable insights into user behavior, needs, and challenges. My background in mixed methods, honed through both my master’s and doctoral research, complements my expertise in UX methodologies like usability testing, user interviews, and data analysis.

In addition to my academic role, I consult with companies on UX research, focusing on seamless, intuitive design that fosters positive user experiences. My goal is to bridge the gap between academic rigor and practical design, ultimately creating user experiences that are as meaningful as they are functional.
